Fate of rail referendum in Supreme Court's hands as two laws declared unconstitutional
Ljubljana, 31 January - The Constitutional Court has ruled that pieces of two laws governing the financing and execution of referendums are unconstitutional. The decision paves the way for the Supreme Court to decide whether or not last year's referendum on the Divača-Koper rail expansion should stand or be annulled.
