Child benefits not to be withheld over school absence
Ljubljana, 31 January - The government-sponsored changes to the family benefits act no longer include a provision that families whose children do not go to primary school would lose child benefits. The condition was struck from the bill by the parliamentary committee in charge of social affairs upon the proposal of the coalition and the opposition Left on Wednesday.
