Setback for key rail project as two laws declared unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 31 January - The Constitutional Court has ruled pieces of two laws governing the financing and execution of referendums unconstitutional in a decision that paves the way for the Supreme Court to decide whether or not last year's referendum on the Divača-Koper rail expansion should stand or be annulled.
