Novak steps down as New Slovenia leader

Ljubljana, 31 January - Ljudmila Novak stepped down as the leader of New Slovenia (NSi) on Wednesday after almost a decade at the helm of the conservative party. Matej Tonin was appointed to succeed her as acting chairman.
