Slovenia's carnival capital ready for Kurentovanje
Ptuj, 2 February - As many towns across the country are getting ready for Shrovetide festivals, it will be particularly merry in Ptuj, the city known for its annual festival of Kurents, a traditional Slovenian carnival costume.
