EOC president says rule of law must apply in doping cases

Ljubljana, 1 February - The president of the European Olympic Committees (EOC), Slovenia's Janez Kocijančič, said that the rule of law must prevail in cases involving doping suspicions, as he responded to the decision by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on Thursday to overturn doping bans for 28 Russian athletes.
