Paper calls vaccination bill election candy

Koper, 2 February - Commenting on the coalition-sponsored changes to the contagious disease act aimed at raising vaccination rate in Slovenia, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Friday that the bill leaves many questions open and can as such be seen as nothing but pre-election candy.
