Slovenia to honour its finest artists
Ljubljana, 7 February - The top national awards for achievements in the arts will be handed out at a state ceremony tonight, the eve of Culture Day, which Slovenia celebrates in memory of the Romantic poet France Prešeren (1800-1849).
