Cerar: Juncker's statement cannot change Brussels arbitration stance

Ljubljana, 7 February - PM Miro Cerar has stressed that a political statement can not change the European Commission's "very clear stance" that it supports the implementation of the arbitration decision on the Slovenian-Croatian border which has been publicly reiterated on several occasions.
