Bill on ex-Yugoslav minorities likely to pass first reading

Ljubljana, 16 February - The National Assembly debated on Friday a bill that recognises some collective rights of minorities from the former Yugoslavia, though stopping well short of granting them the kind of protection enjoyed by the Hungarian and Italian minorities.
