Ljubljana, 17 February - It will be snowing in most of Slovenia on Sunday morning with rain expected in the western Primorska region. Precipitation will be blown away during the day as north-easterly winds start blowing inland and a weak to moderate bora sweeps through Primorska. Morning lows will stand around 0 degrees Celsius, up to 5 on the coast.
