Bill on ex-Yugoslav minorities confirmed at first reading
Ljubljana, 20 February - The National Assembly endorsed at first reading on Tuesday a bill that recognises some collective rights of minorities from the former Yugoslavia, though stopping short of granting them the kind of protection enjoyed by the Hungarian and Italian minorities.
