Higher Court upholds acquittals in Hypo case

Ljubljana, 21 February - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld two acquittals in a Hypo corruption case dating back to 2005, the newspaper Delo reported on Wednesday. Former head of the Ljubljana urban planning department Igor Jurančič and Andrej Oblak, a former boss of Hypo Alpe Adria Consultants, were found not guilty of abuse of office in contentious land deals.
