Cetis's single largest owner raises its stake to 79%
Ljubljana, 21 February - The company MSIN, the single largest owner of Cetis, has acquired another 3.41% in the printing company which specialise in IDs and other secure documents after publishing a takeover bid in mid-January. MSIN, which was offering EUR 61.94 per share, now holds a 78.59% stake.
