Agriculture suffered EUR 65m damage in 2017 drought

Ljubljana, 22 February - Slovenia's agriculture suffered EUR 65.3m in damages due to drought that hit several parts of the country in August last year, the government said on Thursday after being informed of the final damage assessment. The damage surpassed 0.3% of budget revenue, which means Slovenia can request EU natural disaster aid.
