Večer says Syria war to end with Assad victory

Maribor, 27 February - Commenting on a UN resolution on a 30-day ceasefire in Syria, Večer notes on Tuesday that a decision on when the war ends will be taken in the capitals of Moscow, Tehran, Beirut and Washington.
