Ex-NKBM boss acquitted in dodgy loans trial
Maribor, 27 February - In what is one from a series of court cases started by the NKBM bank against former executives, the Maribor Higher Court has overturned a ruling ordering former chairman Matjaž Kovačič and another board member to pay EUR 23.1m in damages to the bank.
