Civilian war victims bill coming at wrong time, Dnevnik says

Ljubljana, 28 February - Dnevnik welcomes on Wednesday a bill to compensate Slovenian civilian victims of war for material damage suffered during WWII, but given that Slovenia is about to hold a general election, it questions its timing.
