Slovenia's Braille library celebrates centenary

Ljubljana, 1 March - Slovenia's only Braille library is celebrating its centenary on Thursday. The roots of the Minka Skaberne Library for the Blind date back to World War I, when many soldiers returned home from the battlefields with impaired eyesight.
