Balkans still faces tough issues, Delo says

Ljubljana, 7 March - Problems in the Balkans, which the EU does not intend to import, are too many to count on the fingers of one hand, the newspaper Delo says. Despite the effort of Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia to show to Brussels that they can operate in line with EU values, these problems will be hard to overcome.
