Slovenian railways planning major leap forward

Ljubljana, 8 March - Slovenske Železnice CEO Dušan Mes has detailed for the STA the state-owned rail operator's plans for an extensive overhaul of its rolling stock, announcing that the first of what could be a total of 50 new trains should start arriving next year. Mes also urged faster progress in the upgrade of the rail track to the Koper port.
