Bad bank sells major Ljubljana building plot to Slovakian firm

Ljubljana, 8 March - The Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC) has sold a major building plot in Ljubljana's Šiška borough to Slovakian company Corwin. The asking price for the plot, at which the original developer planned to build 180 flats, was EUR 2.7m, the actual price has however not been disclosed.
