Delo surprised govt did not learn the lesson

Ljubljana, 15 March - Commenting on the second round of strike in education, the newspaper Delo is surprised on Thursday that the government has still not learned its lesson. Once more the government was surprised that its offer to one group of public sector employees raised the appetites of another.
