PM Cerar steps down in wake of rail track ruling

Ljubljana, 14 March - Prime Minister Miro Cerar has announced he will submit his resignation to parliament just months before the end of his government's term after the Supreme Court annulled the September 2017 referendum on the Koper-Divača rail project, a step Cerar described as "the last straw".
