Jurist believes PM's resignation puts stop to public sector negotiations

Ljubljana, 15 March - Jurist Rajko Pirnat believes that the powers of a caretaker government are very restricted, including in terms of deciding on budget spending. According to him, this means that the government cannot make any deals with striking public sector trade unions following the resignation of PM Miro Cerar.
