Chief justice rebukes Cerar for suggesting bias in referendum ruling

Ljubljana, 16 March - Supreme Court President Damijan Florjančič has issued public criticism against Prime Minister Miro Cerar for expressing doubt about the court's impartiality in Wednesday's decision to demand a repeat of the referendum in which the Koper-Divača rail project was endorsed.
