Former archbishop to go on trial in April

Ljubljana, 21 March - Franc Kramberger, the retired archbishop of Maribor, will go on trial on charges of abuse of office on 5 April as arraignment is called at the Ljubljana District Court in a case involving share transactions in 2003 and 2004 that allegedly netted the Maribor Archdiocese EUR 1.2m at the cost of other companies.
