Paper says EU needs reaffirming

Ljubljana, 26 March - At a time when the foundations of the multilateral world are shaking, the EU must reaffirm its basic concept, the newspaper Delo comments on Monday on the recent EU summit. Any internal divisions on the Continent may be fatal, it warns under the headline Europe Awakening.
