Time for both Prishtina and Belgrade to make moves, Delo says

Ljubljana, 28 March - While Prishtina is aware that it will have to allow a community of Serb municipalities to be established in Kosovo, Belgrade is aware that sooner or later it will have to give the green light to Kosovo's entry to the UN without recognising its independence at the same time, the newspaper Delo comments on Wednesday.
