Abanka sells leasing arm to Sparkasse

Ljubljana, 28 March - Slovenia's third largest bank, Abanka, has sold its leasing subsidiary Aleasing to the Austrian-owned bank Banka Sparkasse, in line with a commitment made to Brussels.
