Paper says wind farms coming to Primorska in haste

Koper, 5 April - The decisions about the construction of wind farms that will significantly change the landscape of the western region of Primorska are being made with partial interests in mind and in haste, not only without expert approval, but also without comprehensive thinking about spatial planning at the local level, Primorske Novice comments on Thursday.
