New law on NGOs good basis for development, panellists agree

Ljubljana, 5 April - The Slovenian non-governmental sector, which is now rather fragmented, is to become more stable as it gets additional funds once the new legislation takes effect in mid-April, outgoing Public Administration Minister Boris Koprivnikar said as he attended a debate on the development of NGOs in Ljubljana on Wednesday evening.
