Finance not very optimistic regarding dividends

Ljubljana, 6 April - The newspaper Finance analyses companies' dividends policy in Friday's commentary entitled State-Owned Companies, Spit Out Dividends, saying that a dividend is a powerful instrument for the benefit of all taxpayers but that its use is questionable.
