Palestine recognition proposal drowning in procedural quagmire
Ljubljana, 5 April - Today's repeat of a parliamentary Foreign Policy Committee session on an opposition-sponsored proposal that Slovenia recognise Palestine focused on differing views regarding procedural issues and ended with a lack of quorum. While the committee is to resume the session on Friday morning, a National Assembly vote on recognition seems unlikely.
