Slovenian VW customers file class action over Dieselgate scandal
Ljubljana, 9 April - The Slovenian consumer watchdog has filed a lawsuit on behalf of some 6,000 Slovenian consumers against Volkswagen in the global Dieselgate scandal. Given the "rulings in individual cases in German courts", the Slovenian Consumer Association head Breda Kutin believes the class action has "good chances for a positive outcome".
