NATO official pinpoints lack of resources as SAF's problem

Ljubljana, 11 April - General Petr Pavel, the chairman of the NATO Military Committee, pinpointed a shortage of human and financial resources as the reason for the Slovenian Armed Forces' (SAF) unpreparedness for war-time action, as he addressed reporters on Wednesday after meeting the chief of the SAF general staff, Maj-Gen Alan Geder.
