Ministry launches inquiry at Celje District Court
Ljubljana, 11 April - The Justice Ministry has launched an inquiry into the Celje District Court after the court failed to inform the ministry of the proceedings launched against a bankruptcy administrator suspected of corruption. Thus the ministry failed to prevent him from managing other receivership cases.
