Bank managements, govts, central bank blamed for bank shortfall, inquiry says

Ljubljana, 11 April - A parliamentary inquiry has established that former NLB and NKBM managements, the central bank and all governments since 2004 are responsible for the situation that led to a multi-billion bank shortfall which was repaid by taxpayers in late 2013.
