Conference discusses reversal of negative processes in W Balkans, Mediterranean

Ljubljana, 12 April - Ways to reverse negative processes in Western Balkans and the Mediterranean were discussed Thursday at a conference called Creative Forum that featured Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec, deputy secretary general of the Union for the Mediterranean Jorge Borrego, and European Education Commissioner Tibor Navracsics.
