Zavarovalnica Sava taking over Ergo's Croatian branches
Ljubljana, 13 April - The insurance group Zavarovalnica Sava, consisting of two Slovenian and two Croatian insurers, will acquire two Croatian subsidiaries of the German insurance group Ergo, the company said on the web site of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday.
