Cerar: Quality of living in urban, rural areas should rise

Bled, 13 April - "My vision is to improve the quality of living in both cities and the countryside in the mid-term," outgoing PM Miro Cerar said as he addressed a high-profile international conference on the concept of smart villages in Bled on Friday.
