Cerar will make best use of Koper-Divača vote, Večer says

Maribor, 14 April - It is clear that the outgoing Prime Minister Miro Cerar and his Modern Centre Party (SMC) will make the best use of the campaign ahead of the 13 May referendum on the Koper-Divača rail project as a prelude for the upcoming general election, the newspaper Večer says in Saturday's commentary.
