Delo says red tape killed doctors' enthusiasm

Ljubljana, 14 April - The newspaper Delo argues on Saturday that red tape has killed doctors' enthusiasm, which in turn is killing Slovenia's healthcare system. "Without enthusiasm the system remains operational, it appears to be working the same, but it is not as good, it is empty, dead," the paper comments.
