Sava shareholders against capital injection
Ljubljana, 16 April - The shareholders of tourism and real estate company Sava decided on Monday against the management's proposal for a EUR 12.5m capital injection, which Sava would need for strategic investment, that is to take over Hoteli Bernardin, which runs several hotels on the Slovenian coast.
