Delo wonders which countries were affected most by Russia sanctions

Ljubljana, 17 April - It is difficult to assess which countries have been affected the most by sanctions the West has been imposing on Russia, the newspaper Delo says on Tuesday, noting that two things are clear: "the vicious circle of the Western war of sanctions will not stop any time soon, and sanctions are not efficient".
