Parliament passes bill to improve witness protection

Ljubljana, 17 April - The National Assembly has unanimously passed changes to the witness protection act to improve the protection of witnesses by assigning them a new identity in the early phases of investigation. Moreover, protected witnesses will now be able to cooperate not only with other countries but also with international institutions.
