Dnevnik ponders EU enlargement to Balkans

Ljubljana, 18 April - In the past, the EU has expanded due to the natural political evolution of the continent, new circumstances after the end of Cold War or to support young democracies. Now, it is doing it to prevent war between candidates, the newspaper Dnevnik says in Wednesday's commentary.
