Delo: Koper-Divača referendum pointless
Ljubljana, 19 April - The daily Delo takes a look at the 13 May repeat referendum on the Koper-Divača second rail track, saying on Thursday the referendum will be totally pointless. It will bring no change as there is practically no chance for the relevant law to be defeated, but it will result in further delays.
