Jurists doubt constitutional law right way to protect NLB
Ljubljana, 19 April - A group of jurists at the Constitutional Law Institute has indicated that legislative efforts to protect NLB bank from damage claims over Yugoslav-era deposits in Croatia are misguided, an opinion that comes just a day before the parliamentary Constitutional Commission is expected to decide on how to proceed.
