KKR expects timely regulatory decision on Pro Plus takeover

Ljubljana, 19 April - A senior official at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) said Thursday he expected a decision on regulatory approval for the takeover of media owner Pro Plus shortly. No regulatory procedure in more than 50 investments the fund had made in Europe have taken more than nine months, said Ludo Bammens, the head of EMEA corporate affairs at KKR.
